About The DISH and Rosie

Welcome to the Dish – hosted by me, SFU’s Registered Dietitian. Here is your chance to finally have your nutrition questions answered online. To give you a bit of background about me, yes I am a Registered Dietitan and that makes my initials RDRD! I completed my undergraduate degree in Nutrition at UBC and the practicum portion of my training in Toronto. I have worked with everyone from kids to seniors and in different places from hospitals to grocery stores. I’ve now got over 10 years of experience in the field and my motto is and has always been, “Everything in moderation”.
