Comment on Nutrition Question: I just wanted to clarify the implications of eating “good fats.” There is a lot of scientific support for foods such as olive oil and avocado that help to increase your HDL.
The other problem with this video is that they omit the importance of physical activity.

If we want to examine the diet of cavemen they were constantly active by participating in hunting and gathering or running away from the larger animals. It's important to remember that you don't have to outrun the bear, just the other person that's running away from the bear as well =) because the slow fat one will probably pass out sooner and become lunch while you get away.

That said there are some benefits to the paleo diet or raw food diets but I think the idea behind it is more important. Specifically, cutting down on the foods that involve a lot of processing and preservatives.

Case and point, if the chicken nugget you're eating doesn't look like a chicken and still tastes great there's reason to be concerned.

Thanks for the info! I have been told not to eat before bed many times by many different people but I find I have a really hard time sleeping on an empty stomach. Now I can have a little snack before bed guilt free! :)

I buy them when on sale and freeze them for later. I use them for snacks or a quick breakfast. I love that it is portioned like you said!
