Account status
Q. When I try to check the status of my account, “your patron privileges have expired in large red letters greet me.
The reason I assume this has happened is that I had the status of my account changed for me from Alumnus to Canadian Academy of Independent Scholars. Apparenlty my payment for my next year’s dues were late (I do not know whether or not they got them; I got an email from them telling me they were late after I’d already sent the cheque)
To make a long story short, can you switch my status back to alumnus.

I updated your record so it now expires on January 16th. Hopefully your cheque will arrive by then and your record will be updated correctly at that time.
You have two books due today and two more due on the 13th that you should now be able to renew online
