Microfilm Machines Malfunctioning

Q. Both of the microfilm machines that are attached to computers are broken. The one on the left can’t use fast-forward or rewind very well (the middle gray buttons don’t work at all and I told a librarian about this months ago), and the one on the right now is stuck rewinding constantly.

A. My apology for your inconvenience. I have asked my staff to investigate and rectify any outstanding problems with this equipment asap.
