Q: I would like to access online materials such as journals, periodicals, etc.
How can I set up access?
A: For the most part, online access to materials licensed by the SFU Library are restricted to current students, faculty and staff. If you are a student, faculty or staff member at SFU, use the links provided by the library under “Journals articles & databases” or “Electronic journals” at the following URL: http://www.lib.sfu.ca/
You will need to authenticate with your SFU computing ID and password.
If you are not affiliated with SFU, you may access some of the electronic resources as a guest when visiting one of our campus libraries:
Some of our electronic resources are available to SFU alumni. The following webpage lists what is available for alumni as well as some open access databases and journals which are freely available on the web or through your local public library in British Columbia.
Let me know if you need further clarification or have additional questions. Thanks.
