SFU Library Feedback

Archive for May, 2009

There seems to be no happy medium for studying.

Monday, May 25th, 2009

Q: There are plenty of silent study areas & then the group study downstairs. Could there be an actual quiet study group area?

A: Unfortunately, we have no way of creating a “quieter” group study area that would not then potentially grow into a noisy place. Todd Mundle, Associate University Librarian.

Renovations 6th Floor

Monday, May 25th, 2009

Q: I was wondering when the renovations would be taking place in the study area on the 6th floor?

A: We have plans drawn up for the area but in order to make it the best space possible, we need to raise more funds. Todd Mundle, Associate University Librarian.

Hours

Monday, May 25th, 2009

Q: Could the library stay open on Easter Monday

A: A number of universities and colleges close down fully on this date, so we feel we are doing some service by being open for 8 hours on that day. Todd Mundle, Associate University Librarian.
